Chloé Louise

I work on projects from first ideas through to final delivery, keeping communication clear and straightforward for clients along the way. My role also supports the team’s internal marketing efforts, making sure design work feels consistent and purposeful.

I managed a team of four designers, helping them work together smoothly and keep projects on track. I set up simple systems to make everyday work easier and more reliable, while still staying close to the design work myself. I also spent time building good client relationships so projects ran with less stress and more trust on both sides.

I worked with startups and new agencies to shape their brands and digital presence, while also helping them put in place the design processes they needed as they grew. Alongside the hands-on design work, I offered guidance on how teams could manage design more effectively long-term.

Fun fact : I actually have a degree in French Contractual Law 👩‍⚖️ This has given me strong analytical and problem-solving skills that I still draw on in my design work today!
